About This Gathering

Join us for our next seasonal gathering!

We will lean into the medicine of darkness, dreamtime, and our connection with the ether as we prepare to welcome the return of light! 

It also falls on a new moon and some other powerful astronomical alignments! 

A new seasonal herbal ally will drop that night too. :)

Eight times a year, we’ll gather for seasonal ceremonies that weave yogic practices with the lessons of nature; each paired with an herbal ally to carry the season’s wisdom into our daily lives. We will be in circle as we move through guided practice, tune into the season and our plant allies, and have space for sharing and witnessing. 

During these ceremonies you can expect things like: 

• Guided meditation and movement practices,
• Journaling prompts
• Music
• Guided journeys incorporating plants
• Sharing circles, etc. 
• Suggested items to bring: 
• Yoga mat & blanket
• Journal & altar items
• Water & a snack to share

Sitting in circle with my yoga community has ben a foundational piece of my life and practice for years. I am so excited to offer this consistently to this space. When we regularly gather, drop in to our bodies and hearts, and witness one another in the human experience, things shift. ~Lisa Marie
