Chair Yoga: gentle, accessible movement for every body! Join this calming series that uses a sturdy chair for support in seated and optional standing poses. We’ll loosen joints, wake up the spine, build gentle strength, and steady the breath. Expect simple sequences, clear cues, and a soothing close to leave you grounded and refreshed.
This series is for anyone! Beginners, elders, folks with injuries or limited mobility, desk workers, and anyone who wants a gentle practice.
